We really love any excuse to head to San Francisco, who doesn't? Only a short 6 hour road trip away for us. Between good friends, a beautiful wedding and New Year's Eve it was not a hard decision. There was no saying no to a bay area visit. Joel and I convinced my sister, Riley to join in and the three of us headed up north for New Year's. I've shared some of our photos below, if you would like to check them out!
Stayed with our SF locals/Costa Rican travel partners - The Allens
Checked out the Palace of Fine Arts with friends
And the main reason for our trip was to attend this insanely stunning wedding at Stinson Beach. The event needs a post all of it's own, so I will just give you a sneak peek for now and leave you swooning at the bride's dress (she re-designed).

What a gorgeous bride! I just read that post on "A Cup of Jo" yesterday! ha. San Fran is on my "must see" list for sure.
ReplyDeleteHa ha! I know I saw it too on the day I was posting and thought this couldn't be more perfect! Glad we're making the same blog rounds ;) xo
DeleteMorgan I am dying over that wedding pic!! Can not wait to see more! xx

ReplyDeleteAnd that wedding... looks amazing!
I feel the same way! Every time I go there, I am like why don't I come up here more often?! Such a cool city!
DeleteIt looks so sunny in SF, I was there in early January and it didn't look that nice!

Northern CA weather is so hit or miss - we got really lucky bc it was sunny but crisp enough that you still need the coat and boots ;)
DeleteForgive me if you have answered this question a million times, but where did you find your FABULOUS brown riding boots? I've searched for some just like them for a while, but haven't been able to find exactly what I want. I love yours!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much! They're from Zara. They have a black zipper in the back and are my favorite!
